In our Gift Shop you will find Fairtrade crafts from India, Africa and South America, jewellery, toys, and, of course, lots of cuddly penguins and their friends!
unique gifts and experiences
We offer a range of memorable animal experiences such as penguin, otter, ray and keeper experiences. These start from only £45 and make a truly exciting present.
TRADEWINDS GIFT SHOP
Our Gift Shop is home to one of Devon's largest ranges of Fairtrade products. Wherever possible, our products are sourced from sustainable, environmentally-friendly suppliers. We support organizations such as Fairtrade, Shared Earth and small artisan producers in the developing world.
The shop offers a unique shopping experience based on a Colonial Harbour scene with old packing cases and barrels hiding an array of gifts for all the family.
There are everyday essentials too, such as umbrellas, ponchos and sunglasses for our ever-changing weather.
Annual Pass holders also benefit from 10% off most items in the shop.
Toys, books and souvenirs
Whether it’s a gift for a baby or a grandparent, there are cuddly toys to suit all ages. Tradewinds also has a large range of musical instruments and a wide selection of books.
Plus there's many unique Living Coasts branded souvenirs which make perfect gifts for family and friends.
Fashion & Jewellery
In the Colonial bazaar you can find Raffia bags, beach bags, scarves, penguin ties, cufflinks and jewellery to suit all ages and tastes.
Whether your style is nautical, contemporary or vintage we have special items including vases, picture frames, ornaments, lanterns and tea lights to suit your taste.
Sweets and Snacks
We work hard to supply the best quality products, ensuring that any sweets or snacks sold do not contain additives or colourings. We have also made every effort to eliminate products that use unsustainable palm oil as they can be directly attributed to the destruction of rainforest wildlife habitats.
