Zoo-based research and field conservation projects for all WWCT zoos (Living Coasts, Paignton Zoo and Newquay Zoo) are co-ordinated by the WWCT Field Conservation and Research Department, which runs approximately 100 research projects each year and co-ordinates over 20 UK and overseas conservation projects.
